Jeremy, Lily, and I LOVE our new front door! She still comments on it everytime we go in and out of it. We are SO pleased with what we picked out. Not only will this door be much more efficient, but we were able to purchase it from a local business -two things that are important to us! We are SO grateful to Grandpa Kale, who did A LOT of work in lowering the door frame (? not sure of terminology) and installing the door. We love our first big home purchase!

Aaron says bright blue. I lean towards green, however could be persuaded. Can you take a pic of the front of your house and post it. Then I could make an informed decision. (You are headed to MI, though, so maybe when you get back??).

LOve the door! it looks really great. I tend to prefer green but i think red could be very nice you just have to be very careful about what red you pic because it could clash with the brick. But it can make a very nice statement too. Actually i think red may be my vote. hmmm...

I vote for RED! How are you? I thought of you on Saturday, we were yakking off of Dunedin and saw a manatee! Wish the three of you could have come for a visit this summer - we now have a tandem, it would be perfect for you, Jeremy and Miss Lily to take a little paddle. Hope all is well :)
I also vote red. Red would be bright, pretty, and welcoming I think! But I like Becky's blue idea, as well.
I love a red front door! I've been wanting to paint ours red for like 2 years now...maybe I can vicariously live through your door! Can't wait to see you guys in a few weeks!
