Happy 13 Months Lilian Mae!!
I thought you all would enjoy this video of Lily laughing. Its been awhile since I've been able to catch her! Jeremy and I have been noticing that she is like her mama, she doesnt laugh easily. But her smiles make up for it!!
I cant believe its already been a month since Lily turned ONE! The time is flying. September has been such a busy, but good month for our family. We are headed to Greenville this weekend for my 10-year high school reunion. I cant wait to see my best friends that I met 14 years ago, who are still some of my besties!! I love you all!! (I know Mimi, Papaw, and Aunt Haley are just a little excited to spend time with Lily too, since they have only seen her once in the past three months.)
I will try to take a lot of pictures this weekend.

8 Months
Lily is 8 months old now! Time is flying by. I thought we'd never get through those first few months, and now I cant keep up!
She has been rollingall over our living room for a month at least, but now has figured out how to roll into other rooms.

Excited to Be Home
It was the most fun to get home Sunday night after being gone for 9 days. Lily definitely remembered our home and was especially happy to see her favorite lamp, ceiling fan, the pictures on the fridge, and bookshelves. She was visibly excited!
This video goes out to Aunt Haley.

Cousin Johnny is FUNNY
One of the highlights of our trip to IL was the increasing frequency of Lilian's laughs! Below are three videos of Lily's second cousin, Johnny (who is apparently a comedian), making her laugh! I hope you can hear her; there was much laughter from everyone present.
We havent been able to imitate this humor that she founds so hilarious, which apparently is understood and demonstrated only by children under age 5.

The "J" is Soft
Presenting: Lily's first laugh. (Ja Ja WOO = "Let's Go Duke")
Jeremy and I have realized recently that we will do just about anything to make her smile, laugh, or safe - looking like a complete fool is worth it. Thanks, Sarah, for being present to capture this....
Enjoy. I hope you can hear her, it sounds like heaven.
