We have been working really hard on our garden. This is a picture from about a month ago. I assure you it looks nothing like this anymore - our yellow squash and zuchinni plants are HUGE!
We made pesto with our own basil a few weeks ago - it was delicious eaten with cucumbers - from our garden too!
Jeremy and I are really passionate about eating local food, so we are trying get Lily excited about it too! I brought home corn (grown nearby) and here is Jeremy teaching her how to shuck!

Our lives are parallel this week because I too was picking tons of zuccini and squash AND making homemade pesto with our basil! I lOVE pesto and I love how Lily is shuckin' corn like a pro:)
