On Tuesday we celebrated Papaw's birthday by meeting in Asheville for a couple hours! Lily was thrilled to see Ha-Ha, Mimi, and Papaw. 
We met at the NC Arboretum, which was beautiful! There are gardens and trails and exhibits, but we mostly hung out with the flowers. I would highly recommend it, even though on most days you have to pay to enter the park.
This was the funniest moment of the visit (below). There was a group of 8 or 9 year old boys on a field trip, and Lily went up each of them and shook their hands and said "Hewwo" over and over! The little guys were thrilled with her and she loved the attention of course. (She learned how to shake hands from the Cat in the Hat)

By the end of our time there, Lily was exhausted and couldn't even run without falling!
