Happy (belated) Resurrection Day to all! We had a beautiful, brief visit to SC to see Papaw, Mimi, Robin, and Meemaw and had such a great time playing outside and celebrating!Lily looked beautiful (of course) on Easter morning in her dress from Grandma and Grandpa! Lily spent most of the Easter service in the nursery at Mimi and Papaw's church and did great! Afterwards, we had Lily's first Easter egg hunt! It took her awhile to get the hang of it...
She bypassed the eggs at first to play in the dirt.Lily and our cousin Robin really hit it off this weekend - she's a natural with kids and played along (see bunny ears). Lily had to plop down on that exact stepping stone every time to consume the contents of the eggs: crackers, veggie booty, and goldfish!
Papaw helping Lily crack open the egg.
Unloading her Easter basket!
Last night, as we were driving home, Jeremy and I turned around to see this: She put the headband on herself!
she looks adorable in that dress. i just can't believe how much she's grown and matured. she's a toddler now and not a little baby anymore. sniff, sniff.
