Dirty Feet

Lily is officially walking all over the place now! She still stumbles a lot and often ends up crawling, but occasionally walks from one end of our apt. to the other. It is really cute. We went to Greenville this past weekend, and Jeremy and I spent our first night away from Lily. She did great and we had a wonderful time. We ate at one of our favorite places (Beef O' Bradys), played mini-golf, and watched a Man vs. Wild marathon on the big screen TV in our hotel room. Lily spent a lot of time walking around Mimi & Papaw's yard and even got her first dirty feet and stubbed toes!! Jeremy and I were so proud!
She loved looking at the flowers and plants (inherited from her mama and mimi), and just exploring in general. Its really nice that she LOVES being outside so much.(We're not sure why this iris is blooming...)

Lily is adding new words to her vocabulary daily (check out the list of words she says in the sidebar on the right). She said Mimi for the first time - pronounced "mae-mae". My personal favorite currently is "blueberries" which sounds somthing like "bubusss".
This weekend we're heading to Winston-Salem to visit Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Jonah, and good family friends, the Fords!
