We embarked into new territory tonight. Loud territory.
Lily loves the changing table Grandpa built her, and is almost always calm and peaceful during diaper and outfit changes. I think she really enjoys looking over at the pictures of her uncles and at the soft blanket hanging on the wall.
Back to the new territory. Its SO fun to actually witness these things happening. Jeremy and I were both here for this one :) Lily was laying on the floor and talking to some of her toys; her usual gentle "ah-goos" and "ohhhhs". Then, apparently, something clicked and she started getting louder and louder and seemed to be trying out different noises. She entertained herself for about half an hour, through a diaper change and beyond. It really seemed as if she was talking to Jonah and Toby's pictures on the wall - she didnt seem to be aware that Jeremy and I were in the room.
Jeremy and I laughed the whole time. Maybe you had to be here...
imagine what will happen when these legs hit the ground.
